Update July 13, 2022: we added a Bandcamp link.
We already mentioned the inclusion of Kate Bush’s ‘Running up that Hill’ in Stranger Things season 4 – which pressed the 80’s atmosphere of this succesful Netflix series. Also the electronic music of Stein and Dixon makes this series a great hit.
In season 4 there is some interesting electronic (pop-)music, which we would like to mention. The CD and Vinyl soundtrack albums seem to be available already here.
- Rock me Amadeus – Falco
- When it’s cold I’d like to die – Moby
- Fields of Coral – Vangelis (from the album Oceanic)
- Prophecies – Philip Glass (from the Sqatsi series)
- Akhnaten the Window of Appearances – Philip Glass
- Akhnaten and Nefertiti – Philip Glass
- Baba O’Riley – The Who (already in season 3)
Vangelis – Fields of Coral
This track is used in season 4 – episode 9.
