My wife and I had just such a nature experience in connection with a trip to Lanzarote, where we visited the Cueva de los Verdes, where a part of a seven km long magnificent cave deep below the earth’s surface was accessible. A very unique and inspirering scenario.
The music on “Subterraneans” is not a direct attempt at a musical underpinning and illustration for the magnificent impressions, but it is a result of the inspiration for creativity that such unique experiences with nature can provide.
