The brand new movie ‘Have you got it yet? The story of Syd Barrett and Pink Floyd‘ will be presented in the Melkweg, Amsterdam (NL) on September 13, 16 and 17.
Cult icon, enigma, recluse… the life of Syd Barrett, co-founder of Pink Floyd, has been full of unanswered questions. Until now. This music documentary combines his comet-like rise to pop stardom, his creative and destructive impulses, collapse, departure from the band and subsequent life alone, against the social context of the explosive 1960s. The film includes new interviews with Syd’s friends and family and band members Roger Waters, David Gilmour and Nick Mason.
