Synthfest UK is back for the 8th October 2022 for a day of synthesizer brilliance, seminars, demos, live performances and as much fuel for your GAS as you can stomach.
The venue is The Octagon in Sheffield which offers a large main hall for exhibitors with a handful of other rooms spread over the complex usually taken by the larger companies such as Moog, Arturia, Korg and Yamaha. Alongside is a large space for seminars and demos.
The show is presented by Sound On Sound magazine and is in partnership with the Sheffield Sensoria Festival of Music, Film and Digital Media. A list of exhibitors and seminar details will be announced in the coming months.
Synthfest is where I first discovered Eurorack and it’s a brilliant event pulling in all the manufacturers you’d want to see and several stars and luminaries from the business. Tickets go on sale in May and I think they were £15 last time around.
