Retrosound (aka Marko Ettlich) regularly uploads video’s on Youtube with demo’s of (Retro) synths and covers of (vintage) electronic tracks. It is quite interesting to see what he is doing. Recently I found this cover of TD’s ‘Love on a real train’ performed on PPG Wave 2 and waveterm. It demonstrates the particular (and very recognisable) sounds of these PPG machines and the way Tangerine Dream used these.
